This research objective is to analyze the factors that affect demand for the type-36�s houses in the residential area of Bantul, Yogyakarta period 2007-2010, which is limited by house prices, inflation, crime rates, and population. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics publications, and transaction data from residential with type-36 in district of Bantul. Data analysis was performed with a panel regression methods through a common approach effect. The results showed that the house price's variable, the rate of inflation, and the population has a positive effect on demand for the type-36's houses, while crime rates negatively affect the housing demand of type-36 with the assumption of ceteris paribus....
