The bureaucracy in public services instrumental in the development process and economic growth of a region. In carry ovt the strategy to accelerate reform of the bureaucracy, particularly in public service. With the implementation of compliance to the principles of good governance is expected to support the creation of regional resilience in an area. The aim research ar the thesis with little Accelerating Reforms Strategy To Achieve Good Service Delivery to Support Regional Resilience is important to conducted regarding to one aspect in realizing the resilience of the region is with the excellence support and service at a government agency to business actors and the wider community for this reason the government apply the acceleration of bureaucratic reforms. The study was conducted in a qualitative framework in order to describe and interpret the meaning an event in the context of the social sciences. This study method uses in-depth interviews through the selection of key informants who were considered competent in this study. In order to complement in-depth interviews, the researchers conducted observations in the study area, study literature in enriching the research findings. With qualitative studies which records all events to provide a thorough and complete description of this research. The results showes that the public service at the study site of East Jakarta Municipality Government in general can be said predicated either, but in terms of speed of service, schedule and cost certainty of service is still relatively weak. So it needs to be improved and control of various public services to support the implementation of excellent service. The authors gives the suggestion to the public service delivery system needs to be applied in the administration of reward and punishment system of public service, in addition, the functions of supervision and involvement of public participation should be developed
