TINJAUAN YURIDIS MENGENAI PERJANJIAN JUAL BELI DENGAN HAK MEMBELI KEMBALI

The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of transfer of rights in the purchase agreement with right of repurchase. In addition to knowing the legal protection for the owner of the goods which become the object of selling them. This research is the normative study conducted library research, with an inventory, assess and analyze the legal issues through three types of legal materials is the primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and legal materials related tertiary and relevant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement, especially the problem right to repurchase.
