Background : Treatment of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is still controversial. Before the intervention given, preconception counseling should be related to the setting lifestyle, especially reduction of body weight and overweight women. Hyperandrogenism has implications for the incidence of oligo or anovulation, ovarian wall fibrosis, hirsutism, acne, seborea, enlarged clitoris, and blocked breast growth. Objectives : To analyze patients polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), especially androgen levels and the success of ovulation in PCOS patients. Design : This study was a cross sectional. Methods : The subjects of this study were patients polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), aged 15-45 years in RSUP.
