The objective of this study was to assess the influence of job insecurity on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction experienced by outsourced employees of PT. Asia Outsourcing Services working for PT. X (N=80). Samples were taken using purposive sampling. The Job Insecurity Questionnaire developed by Hellgren et al (1999), Organizational Commitment Scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) short form were used as measuring instruments.
