This research is aimed to understand about creditor and debtor�s position in the House Ownership Credit�s (KPR) agreement at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Banjarmasin Branch, also creditor�s law protection to mortgaged object in the House Ownership Credit�s (KPR) agreement if there is stagnant credit occurrences by the debtor. The endured research is normative juridical, that is research focused at documentary research to obtain secondary data. All data are analyzed then with qualitative descriptive method. The result of research are : (1) As appropriate with the agreement that has been write in the credit agreement, every side then will obtain their right and obligation. Anything that become right for the debtor is a obligation for the bank and anything that become debtor�s obligation is a right for the ban
