The object of this research was West Papua Province with observation period from 2005 to 2008. The main objective of this research was determining the factors influencing the economical growth in West Papua Province. Subsequently, this research aimed at identifying and analyzing the relationship between economical growth and disparity among the districts in West Papua Province using Theil Index, and identifying and analyzing the disparity of public service and capital expenditures using Gini�s Coefficient.
