RANGKAP JABATAN NOTARIS SEBAGAI ANGGOTA KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM (STUDI KASUS KPU KOTA MAGELANG)

The purpose of this research was to know the provisions about the prohibition of the notary in terms of doing the double position, specifically as the member of public electoral commision, and to know the provisions which were valid for a notary in terms of doing the double position that he bears. This research tended to juridical empirical by focusing on purview research to obtain primary data and to complete purview research conducted library research for obtaining secondary data. Data obtainment was done by aplying direct interviews technique with interview guide lins. Further, the obtained data were analyzed qualitatively with descriptive methods.
