PERANAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN PARTISIPATIF DI KABUPATEN BENGKALIS TAHUN 201

This research aims to analyze the participation rate of people on participative planning for development and analysis of effectivity of people participation on participative planning for development in Bengkalis Regency. This research sample is 98 people that is ever become participant on each Musrenbang on 2010 in Bengkalis Regency. Data analysis use test of difference with Likert Scale to find attitude, opinion/perception from respondent of participative planning for development. Second analysis tool use typology ladder of people participation that is development.
