The research about waste served managing purpose : a. Want to explain waste served implementation that implement by horticulture and cleanness department of Bengkulu City in waste handling for Bengkulu City nowdays. b. Want to explain and identification constraint in waste served management handling in Bengkulu City. According theoretical served management is a process to applicate art and knowledge to arrange the plan, implementating the plan, coordinating and finishing served activity for the sake of served purpose (Ratminto & Winarsih, 2007: 4).
