PERAN BUDAYA LOKAL MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAKSANAAN KONSOLIDASI TANAH DI KAWASAN BUKIT JATI KABUPATEN GIANYAR BALI

Based on the existing data available, public participation is considered high in Land Consolidation Project in Bali. The study aimed at describing and exploring the roles of cultural factors in Land Consolidation in Kawasan Bukit Jati Gianyar Regency Bali. The study was conducted at Kawasan Bukit Jati Gianyar Regency Bali. The study utilized inductive research approached, using descriptive explorative approach. Data were collected by means of interviews, field observations, and institutional surveys. Findings were identified as informational units, which were then categorized and focused on certain themes. Themes were than analyzed to produce concepts that lead to knowledge contribution in terms of theory. The study found that the cultural factors significant influenced Land Consolidation at Kawasan Bukit Jati Gianyar Regency Bali.
