ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN ASET TANAH DAN BANGUNAN MILIK PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN MAGELANG

In the land and building asset management of Magelang District Government, successful asset inventory, both in terms of physical and juridical aspects as the initial step in asset management is required. Well-recorded data on assets will facilitate decision makers in decision making, particularly in terms of asset management. This research focused on the key factors of successful land and building asset management by examining interest and performance levels based on the differences in roles of top, middle, and bottom management or implementer. Purposive stratified sampling method was adopted and there were 75 samples of the population including all employees working in Magelang District Government. The Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method was used in this research. This method was utilized to identify the interest and performance levels of the factors of successful land and building land asset management with 16 variable of each. Result of this research concluded that the middle management indicated more various responses. This was shown by the variable 1 concerning detailed and recent information on land and building asset management considered as less important, even with good performance.
