Background : The treatment of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is surrounded by many controversies. Before any intervention is initiated, preconceptional councelling should be provided emphasing the importance of life style, especially weight reduction and exercise in overweight women. Diet was one of factorswhich has a relationship with hiperandrogenism in women with PCOS.
