The aim of the research was to know the increasing of F5 lines tomato homosigocity compared to 'ltith tomato lines in the previous generation, and to select lines which produced better fruits quality, such as great quantities in numbers offruits, loculs, Veight,and circle to avalon shape offruits. This research was conducted at Ngipiksari, Hargobinangun, Pakem, Sleman in August to November 2005. Forty five numbers F4 lines crossing GM1xGH and 17 numbers F4 lines crossing GM3xGP Vere used. The selected seeds was planted in two blocks 'ltith Random Complitely Block Design (RCBD), each of experiment units consist of 10 plants.
