Background: The Integrated Management of Childhood Illness is a program launched by WHO in its efforts to lower the number of illness and death in the developing countries, including Indonesia. The program has been done in some community health centers in Purworejo regency. However, there has not been an evaluation of the effect of the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness Program on the recovery of acute respiratory infection and diarrhea among under-five-year-old children.
