Dinamika sistem berbagi sumberdaya (resouces sharing) dalam agroforestri: dasar pertimbangan penyusunan strategi silvikultur

The determining factor of resources dynamics in agroforestry systems is component characteristics of its composer. This dynamics influencing the resources sharing systems among the composers. This research has objects to understand the dynamic of resources sharing system and the arrangement of productivity improvement strategy in agroforestry systems. The research was approached through the expression of crops (corn) in responding the resources within trees along border and alley cropping patterns. Data was analyzed by using general linear model based on split plot to analyze dry weight, leaf area, chlorophyll content and leaf greenness. Where as the nutrients contended by tissues was analyzed by using RCBD. If there is difference among the mean of experiments there will be next step which is Duncan Test to find out the best response in significant level of 5%. The result showed that the absorbance and exploitation based on the highest energy level in succession was zone 3, 2 and 1. Nutrients status and water level in zone 1, 2 and 3 gave no significant, where as there was difference of rooting systems in each zone which were root weight in depth 10-20 cm, root length in 0-10-20 cm depts. and root surface area in 0-10, 20-30 cm depth. Resources sharing system in zone 1 (dominated by suppressed trees and crops), zone 2 (suppressed crops) and zone 3 (dominated crops). The light capture scenario from zone 1 to zone 2 or from zone 2 to zone 3 through crown pruning whereas it�s light capture scenario from zone 1 to zone 3 can be carried out through pollarding and commercial thinning. The underground scenario can be carried out through root pruning trees component within the distance of 2 meter from trees line and 30 cm of minimal depth.
