ABSTRACT The prevalence of schizophrenic relapse is still high. Those are because of many factors for instance were psychosocial factors. The purpose of this study was to find the most correlate psychosocial factors that might cause the relapse of schizophrenia and then make a management planning based on the result. This study was carried out by interview to the families of schizophrenic exacerbation patients, using structured questionnaires that were contained a list of psychosocial factors that may influent the relapse of schizophrenia.
