The realization of the sense of justice in the Indonesian national development has been effectuated in the prohibition of absenteeism (living out side the Kecamatan where his land is siburtPd) and the redistribution of agricultural land as parts of the objectives of the Indonesian land reform. In line with the above mentioned, researches have been conducted on these two aspects in the Kecaznatan of Percut Sei Tuan.
