ABSTRACT The aim of this research were to study the effect of watering frequency and rate of manure on growth and yield of pakchoi (Brassica sp.). A field experiment has been conducted from October 5th until December 7th 2001, on farmer-owned field at Wirosaban, Yogyakarta. This research was carried out in a plastic house following 4 x 3 factorial scheme which was arranged in Completely Randomized Design. Each treatment combinations were replicated three times. Observation was recorded on four samples per experimental unit.
