Budidaya Tanaman Melati Di Pantai Utara Jawa Tengah Serta Kemungkinan Pengembangannya

ABSTRACT An agronomic survey was conducted to study the crop production aspects of Jasmine (Jasmint sambac Ait.) grew along the coastal area of Pekalongan district, Central Java. This particular crop mos planted by fisherman wives or families during their spare times. The results of the research shown that the cultural practices of growing jasmine in the coastal ar was really different to on land cultural techniques. The crop growing period was shorter due to high salinity. The path coefficient analysis indicated that total flower production was directly affected I number of flower harvested per day, number of productive branches, total number of branches al number of leaf per branch.
