PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH CAIR INDUSTRI BATIK = WASTEWATER TREATMENT OF BATIK INDUSTRY

A research of wastewater-treatment of batik-industry has been done. As the first step, a test was done to know the level of contaminant of this sewage. The test showed the fluid sewage of batik¬industri contained hight level of contaminant, above the basic-standard of fluid sewage quality. For this reason, the fluid sewage of batik-industry was very dangerous in case been passed to the environment directly. In this research, a simple processing instrument had been used for treatment the fluid sewage of batik-industry. This process was combination of physical and chemical processes. The final-result of wastewater-treatment was tested through measuring the related parameter, the same as the first test. Then, the result was compared with the standard of basic quality of fluid sewage. The results show that the recycl water was in the quality assurance for fluid sewage. Thus, the instrument processing would be effective to be used for recycling the fluid-sewage of batik industry. Keywords : recycle, liquid-waste, batik-industry
