Pengaruh beberapa insektisida terhadap hama murbei

Mealy bud pest attacks mulberry leaves especially the young ones. The impact of this attack will decrease leaf supply for silkworm rearing. The experiment was to observe effectiveness of four kind of bud insecticides. Using Randomized Complete Block Design at five replications, the experiment was conducted at Bojonglopang, Sukabumi, West Java, from January 1992 to January 1993. The result showed that the most effective insecticide to manage bud pest were Basudin and Monitor which suppressed bud attack up to 90%. Key words: mulberry leaves, insecticides, silk wor
