Vanilla was an important commodity which had high economical values known susceptible to Fusarium oxysporum i. sp. vanillae the cause of stem rot disease. Double layer technique used to select vanilla plantlet to F. oxysporum t. sp. vanillae's toxin, espesially thermostable toxin. The experiment showed that 19.23% plantlets resisted to thermostable toxin produced by F. oxysporum f. sp. vanillae at the first four weeks, but the growth of plantlets were inhibited. The inhibition was spesified by rosset-ting plantlet and no leave, root, and sucker initiation. Second selection showed 57.1% planlets resisted and the growth of plantlet still inhibited.
