In this research, a methode for image searching in video database based on color histogram and Haar wavelevet decomposition were developed. Video database were formed from extracted key frame and represented by color feature and image coefficient were obtained from Haar wavelet decomposition. The key frame extraction is based on Normal Square Difference between two consecutive key frames. In this research, histogram with 256, 128 and 64 color were used and each has 64 image coefficients. Image searching were carried out in two phases.
