Pancreatic pseudocyst is a well known complication of pancreatitis and pancreatic trauma. Traditional methods of draining them consists of open surgery or transcutanous emptying. In recent years endoscopic treatment has been used more often and is now a well established treatment in the adult population. In children this kind of treatment is less well established.
