The formation of the constitutional order in Ukraine - development of the political system in the first half of 1990s

Práce je zaměřená na vývoj politického systému Ukrajiny s hlavní rolí prezidenta, od vyhlášení nezávislosti do přijetí ukrajinské Ústavy. Jak se měnila role prezident v procesu přijímání Ústavy a vztahu k ostatním aktérům. Kdy jeho pozice byla slabá a kdy naopak prezident představoval dominantní složku moci ve státě.
