This study aims to determine the quality library services based implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 . User satisfaction and student perceptions regarding the attributes of quality library services that include : tangible , reliability , responsiveness, assuredness , and empathy associated with user satisfaction .This study uses a quantitative approach .
