Peningkatan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar IPS Melalui Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Jigsaw

The aim of this research was to improve the activities and learning outcomes of IPS cooperative learning model with jigsawtype in fourth grade students A SDN 05 West Metro. This research use classroom action research and the subject was fourth grade student of class IVA. The data collection is done by observation and test, using observation sheets and test questions. The collected data were analyzed by qualitative and kuanitative data analysis. Research result show that implementation of cooperative learning model with jigsaw type can increase activity and study result ofstudent.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS melalui model cooperative learning tipejigsawpada siswa kelas IVA SDN 05 Metro Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK dan subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IVA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan tes, menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal-soal tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe jigsawdapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: jigsaw, aktivitas, hasil belaja
