The problem in this study concerns the performance of educators who are still in the relatively low category. The purpose of this study is to study pedagogical competence and achievement motivation on the performance of Cluster 1. Primary School educators. This study uses a survey method by obtaining quantitative. The population in this study was a trial of 100 educators. The sample in this study was 78 trials from 100 educators. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale 4.
