The problem in this study was the low IPS learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Rajabasa Raya Bandar Lampung year 2014/2015. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of jigsaw cooperative learning model on IPS learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Rajabasa Raya Bandar Lampung year 2014/2015. The method used in this research was quantitative method and the type of research was a quasi experimental study with one-group pretest-posttest design. Data were analyzed by using pretest and posttest scores and the influence of jigsaw cooperative learning model on learning outcomes was tested by using regression test and obtained values of R Square was 0.519 or 51.9%.
