Queixas e reclamações populares na ocorrência do cólera na Província do Espírito Santo – Sudeste do Brasil (1855 1856)

The present article focuses on the prominent role played by the population of the province of Espírito Santo, amid the cholera epidemic, by claiming for effective action from the State and the public officers against the adversities in that moment.
