The scope of the present paper is the theoretical analysis of spacial frames under lateral loading (wind load) and the preparation of a computer program for evaluating the displacements and the intemal forces of the structural members. The structural model can be described as two groups of mutually orthogonal plane frames interacting with each other through the action of a horizontal rigid slab. At the intersection of these plane frames the interaction between bending and twisting moments are disregarded in this paper and transversal stiffness of the plane frames as well.
