Valorization of the feasibility of the business concept to establish social enterprise

The thesis deals with the issue of social entrepreneurship – its definition, legislative conception and options of financial support. Firstly, based on the research of Czech and foreign literature and legislative sources, were defined crucial principles, goals, mission, importance and characteristics of social enterprises. Further there are listed grant programs which supports establishment and development of social enterprises. The goal of this thesis is to valorize feasibility of the business concept to establish social enterprise according to feasibility study that is based on regulations of grant programs. The aim of the thesis is recommendation for establishment, adjustment or rejection of the project proven by analyses and valorization of sustainability and meaningfulness.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního podnikání, jeho definicí, legislativním ukotvením a možnostmi finanční podpory. Nejprve jsou na základě rešerše odborné české i zahraniční literatury a legislativních pramenů popsány stěžejní principy a cíle sociálních podniků, jejich poslání, význam a charakteristické rysy. Dále jsou v práci vypsány dotační programy, které podporují vznik, růst i provoz sociálních podniků. Cílem práce je na základě pravidel těchto programů zhodnotit sepsáním studie proveditelnosti realizovatelnost navrženého projektu pro vznik nového sociálně zemědělského podniku. Výstupem práce je doporučení k realizaci, úpravě či zamítnutí předmětného projektu na základě provedených analýz a zhodnocení udržitelnosti a smysluplnosti projektu
