The effect of implementation of actualized ISO 9001:2015 standard on employees´ behaviour

The thesis deals with the issue of a Quality Management Systems in the environment of a profitable organizations. The aim of the thesis is to identify how the implementation the requirements of actualized ISO 9001:2015 standard affects behaviour of employees in a particular company. The research was carried out using qualitative research design procedures, specifically the case study method. Data for the evaluation were obtained primarily from the respondents' answers in the semi-structured interviews. The investigation showed the findings that the implementation of Quality Management System according to the ISO standard in the monitored company has a positive impact on employees´ behaviour.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou systémů managementu kvality v prostředí ziskových organizací. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat, jakým způsobem implementace požadavků aktualizované normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 ovlivňuje chování pracovníků konkrétního podniku. Výzkum byl proveden při využití postupů kvalitativního výzkumného designu, konkrétně metody případové studie. Data pro vyhodnocení byla získána primárně z odpovědí respondentů v rámci částečně řízených rozhovorů. Výstupem investigace provedeného empirického kvalitativního výzkumu je zjištění, že implementace systému managementu kvality dle koncepce ISO má pozitivní vliv na chování zaměstnanců sledovaného podniku
