Budget revisions of the state budget

This diploma thesis deals with rebudgeting of the state budget adopted by the Ministry of Finance and the Committee on the Budget of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. First of all, this thesis describes the public budget, the state budget and the budgeting process in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it deals with rebudgeting of the state budgets during the years from 2015 to 2017. The diploma thesis aims to evaluate the size, frequency and type of the budget revisions. It examines the share of the budget revisions with the Minister of Finance and the Committee on the Budget of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament.Diplomová práce se zabývá rozpočtovými opatřeními státního rozpočtu přijatými Ministerstvem financí a rozpočtovým výborem Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu České republiky. Práce se nejprve věnuje popisu veřejného rozpočtu, státního rozpočtu a poté samotnému rozpočtovému procesu v České republice. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými státními rozpočty během let 2015 až 2017 a to především přijatými rozpočtovými opatřeními v těchto letech. Práce má za cíl zhodnotit velikost, četnost a charakter těchto rozpočtových opatření. Zkoumá, jaký podíl na těchto rozpočtových opatřeních měl ministr financí a rozpočtový výbor Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu
