Financial analysis FOL-Obal, s. r. o.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company FOL-Obal, s. r. o. in the period 2013-2017 and to qualify its financial health by selected bankruptcy and credibility models. The bachelor thesis is divided into two primary parts. The first part deals with theory and there are described methods and indicators that are further used in the financial analysis. The second part of the thesis is practical. Firstly, there is mentioned basic information about company and its history, then it is focused on financial analysis. Practical part contains horizontal and vertical analysis and calculations of financial ratios. Final results give a comparison with the competitors and relevant industry. The final part consists of evaluation of financial situation and recommendations for future financial management.Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti FOL-Obal, s. r. o. v letech 2013 až 2017 a posoudit finanční zdraví podniku pomocí vybraného bonitního a bankrotního modelu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou primárních částí. První část se zabývá teorií a jsou v ní popsány metody a ukazatele, které jsou dále použity pro finanční analýzu. Druhá část této práce je praktická. Nejdříve jsou uvedeny základní informace o firmě a její historii, a poté se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu. Praktická část dále obsahuje horizontální a vertikální analýzu a výpočty poměrových ukazatelů. Výsledné hodnoty jsou během práce porovnávány s vybranými konkurenčními podniky a příslušný odvětvím. Závěrečná část se skládá ze zhodnocení finanční situace a doporučení pro budoucí řízení podniku
