Developing Intelligent Transport Systems in Moscow Region

The thesis deals with the development of intelligent transport systems in Moscow and the Moscow region. The aim of this thesis is to show the impact of the development of intelligent transport systems on the transport infrastructure in large cities. First, it will deal generally with the concept of intelligent transport systems (ITS) and discuss their problems. Subsequently, we will analyze selected intelligent transport systems that can be implemented in the architecture of large cities. Here is what stage ITS deployment is in Russia. In the next part the thesis will focus on selected cities in Russia. The final part includes comparing individual concepts and evaluate their implementation. The benefit of this work is to provide an overview of the current situation in Moscow and the Moscow region compared to the competition in Europe.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje inteligentních dopravních systémů v Moskvě a Moskevsém regionu. Cílem diplomové práce je ukázat, jaký vliv má rozvoj inteligentních dopravních systémů na dopravní infrastrukturu ve velkých městech. Nejprve bude pojednávat obecně o pojmu inteligentní dopravní systémy (dále ITS) a rozebírat jejich problematiku. Následně proveden rozbor vybraných inteligentních dopravních systémů, které mohou být implementovány do architektury velkých měst. Bude uvedeno, v jaké fázi se nachází zavádění ITS v Rusku. V další části bude práce zaměřena na vybraná města v Rusku. V závěrečné části jsou porovnány jednotlivé koncepce a zhodnoceno jejich provedení. Přínosem této práce je poskytnutí přehledu o aktuální situaci v Moskvě a Moskevském regionu v porovnání s konkurencí v Evropě
