Comparison of the Czech and Chinese accounting system

The bachelor thesis aims to present the accounting systems in the Czech Republic and the People’s Republic of China and to point out possible differences as well as similarities between them. The thesis presents historical development of both accounting in both countries, theoretical basis of both accounting systems, components of financial statements, identical and different aspects of reporting. The practical part of the thesis compares the financial statements of the Czech company, which is compiled under Czech accounting regulations, and the financial statements of the Chinese company, which is compiled in accordance with Chinese accounting standards.Bakalářská práce má za cíl prezentovat účetní systémy v České republice a v Čínské lidové republice a poukázat na případné odlišnosti, ale i podobnosti mezi nimi. Práce představuje historický vývoj účetnictví v obou zemích, teoretický základ obou účetních systémů, složky účetní závěrky, shodné a rozdílné aspekty výkaznictví. V praktické části práce je porovnána účetní závěrka české společnosti, která je sestavena podle českých účetních předpisů, a účetní závěrka čínské společnosti, která je sestavena vsouladu sčínskými účetními standardy
