Franchising and law

The thesis is focused on franchising system of business and franchising contract. The aim of the thesis is to describe the particularities of the franchise agreement between the franchisor and the franchisee. Another objective is to analyze the individual intellectual property rights and methods of protection, and to describe some aspects of vertical agreements.The last part of the thesis is devoted to the legal regulation of franchising of the United States of America and the Russian Federation, which were compared with the legislation of the Czech Republic.Diplomová práce je zaměřená na franchisingový systém podnikání a franchisingo-vou smlouvu. Cílem práce je popsat jednotlivé náležitostí franchisingové smlouvy mezi franchisorem a franchisantem. Dalším cílem je zanalyzovat jednotlivá práva duševního vlastnictví a způsoby ochrany, a popsat některé aspekty vertikálních do-hod. Poslední část diplomové práce je věnována právní úpravě franchisingu Spojených států amerických a Ruské federace, které byli porovnány s právní úpravou České republiky a byli vymezené důležité rozdíly mezi právnimí úpravami
