Social security in the Czech republic and Spain

The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of social security in the Czech Republic and Spain. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the description of the key concepts in social security. The second chapter describes the sources of social security law, both in the Czech Republic and Spain, and also on the international level. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of social security legislation in the Czech Republic and the fourth chapter contains the analysis of the social security legislation in Spain. The last chapter focuses on the comparison of the social security systems of both countries.Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a Španělsku. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola je věnována popisu stěžejních pojmů v oblasti sociálního zabezpečení. Druhá kapitola popisuje prameny práva sociálního zabezpečení, jak v České republice a Španělsku, tak na mezinárodní úrovni. Třetí kapitola je věnována rozboru právní úpravy sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje rozbor právní úpravy sociálního zabezpečení ve Španělsku. Poslední kapitola se zabývá komparací systémů sociálního zabezpečení daných zemí
