This Bachelor thesis is concerned with import of cosmetic products of Israeli company Ahava to the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to point out the specifics of the Czech market for the import of cosmetic products of Israeli companies, the advantages and disadvantages of individual forms of market entry and to determine the best possible form of market entry. The first part of this thesis is theoretically focused on legislative conditions of entry to the Czech market, forms of entry to the market, and important terms of purchase contract.
