Algorithmic trading on the Forex market using artificial neural network

This thesis deals with algorithmic trading on the Forex market applying artificial neural networks. The main goal is to create a neural network model, which would be able to forecast the future development of selected currency pair. The first part contains theoretical descriptions of financial markets and ways how to analyze them. The second part is the introduction to neural networks and presents the principles of machine learning. In the last part, the dataset is described and algorithmic strategies based on the ANN are designed. Finally, the implementation of the ANN model is explained and the results of strategies evaluation are presented.Tato práce se zabývá algoritmickým obchodováním pomocí umělých neuronových sítí na finančních datech devizového trhu. Hlavním cílem je vytvořit v jazyce Python model neuronové sítě, který predikuje budoucí vývoj zvoleného měnového páru. V první části práce jsou popsány teoretické termíny finančních trhů a způsobů, jak ho analyzovat. Druhá část práce představuje úvod do teorie neuronových sítí a rozebírá principy správného učení. V poslední části jsou popsány finanční data a navrženy algoritmické strategie zahrnující predikci neuronové sítě. Poté je popsána implementace modelu a následně jsou prezentovány výsledky automatizovaných strategií
