Implementation of quality management system based on ISO 9001 to particular company

The thesis deals with the concept of quality, quality management and quality management systems. The main theme is the ISO 9001:2015 standard, containing requirements for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system. The thesis analyze the requirements of the standard and then evaluates their performance in the particular company. Finally, there are recommendations and suggestions that sould help the company meet some of requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.Práce se zabývá pojmem kvalita, jejím řízením a systémy pro její řízení. Hlavním tématem je norma ISO 9001 z roku 2015 obsahující požadavky na implementaci a udržování systému managementu kvality. Práce nejprve analyzuje požadavky normy a následně vyhodnocuje jejich plnění ve vybraném podniku. Kromě toho jsou sestavena doporučení a následně návrhy, které by podniku pomohly naplnit některé z požadavků této normy
