The main aim of this master thesis is to create a business plan for the company R. s.r.o., to evaluate its current situation and decide on its future development founded on an analysis of the performance of the GB store, in which the company sells a unique Prague souvenir. A part of the thesis is a three-month marketing research based on an oral questioning. There were 1 014 visitors of the shop addressed, of whom 683 responded. The thesis consists of three main parts. A theoretical part introduces available foreign literature on souvenirs and shopping behaviour of tourists as well as a recommended structure for drawing up a business plan.
