Foreign trade relations from accounting and tax perspective

This thesis is focused on foreign trade relations. Main goal of the thesis is to summarize main accounting and tax issues that Czech company has to face in foreign trade with goods and services. Partial goal is to point out differences between domestic and foreign transactions and to interpret correct approaches for different situations. Theoretical part is focused on general information about foreign trade and related services. It involves relevant legislation, customs duty, tax administration requirements and Incoterms rules. Major part of the thesis is dealing with accounting and tax context. Especially problematics connected to foreign currency and VAT rules are described in much more detailed way. Practical part is based on a case study, consisted from all theoretical findings which were described above.Tato práce je zaměřena na zahraniční obchodní vztahy. Cílem je shrnout hlavní oblasti účetní a daňové problematiky, se kterou se potýká česká společnost účastnící se zahraničního trhu se zbožím a službami. Dílčím cílem je poukázat na rozdíly mezi tuzemskými a zahraničními transakcemi a nastínit správný postup jednotlivých situací.Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými informacemi o zahraničním obchodu a souvisejícími službami. Zahrnuje vymezení relevantní právní úpravy, celní problematiku, požadavky finanční správy a dodací doložky Incoterms. Hlavní část práce se zabývá účetními a daňovými souvislostmi. Detailně je zde popsána hlavně problematika cizí měny a pravidla DPH. Praktická část je založena na případové studii zahrnující všechny teoretické poznatky práce
