The business plan for the establishment of an accounting and tax company

This thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for establishing a company which will provide accounting and tax consulting. The main target of this company is to keep accounts or tax records for small businesses. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the used methodology and structure of the business plan and establishing procedures of Limited Company. The practical part is focused on formulation of the business plan which contains marketing and financial plan proposals. The aim of the practical part is to find out whether this business plan can be successful.Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu na založení podniku poskytujícího účetní a daňového poradenství. Cílem tohoto podniku je vést účetnictví nebo daňovou evidenci malým subjektům. V teoretické části práce je popsaná použitá metodika a struktura podnikatelského plánu a také postup při založení společnosti s ručením omezeným.
