Comparative analysis of mergers implemented in 2017

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of mergers. The work provides the accounting, tax and legal perspective of mergers. The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a detailed comparative analysis of mergers realized in the territory of the Czech Republic in 2017. The introductory part describes the basic theoretical aspects of mergers, including their legal and tax treatment, individual forms and motives for their realization. At the beginning of mine own work is outlined the selection of statistical criteria, the way of obtaining and evaluation of data. The presentation of the results of the work is divided into two parts; the first part analyzing the mergers carried out in 2017 from many points of view, such as the representation of the merger ration by the forms of mergers, the representation of different legal forms of stakeholders. In the second part, following the evaluation of merger data carried out in 2017, this is followed by a comparative analysis of how mergers have developed since 2010.Diplomová práce je zaměřena na účetní, daňový a právní pohled fúzí. Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování podrobné komparativní analýzy fúzí realizovaných na území České republiky zapsaných do obchodního rejstříku v roce 2017. V úvodní části jsou popsány základní teoretické aspekty fúzí, včetně jejich právní a daňové úpravy, jednotlivých forem a motivů k jejich realizaci. V části vlastní práce je nastíněn výběr statistických kritérií, způsob získávání a vyhodnocování dat. Samotná prezentace výsledků vlastní práce je rozdělena na dvě části, přičemž první část analyzuje fúze realizované v roce 2017 z mnoha hledisek, mezi něž patří například znázornění poměru fúzí formou sloučení a splynutí, zastoupení různých právních forem zúčastněných subjektů. Ve druhé části po vyhodnocení dat o fúzí realizovaných v roce 2017 následuje srovnávací analýza, o tom jak se vyvíjely fúze od roku 2010 - 2017
