Management of the Monument focused on visitors with specific needs

Master thesis is dealing with management of cultural heritage in relation to visitors with special needs. Its goal is to create management recommendation for adaptation of heritage object offer to be accesible for all. Recipient of such a recommendation is State chateau Dačice. Thesis introduces theoretical solutions in a field of cultural heritage management with emphasis to heritage objects in state administration and represents principles of turism for all. In analytical part of the thesis, analysis of chateau’s Dačice current situation is carried out with examples of good practice in different heritage objects. In relation to these findings, recommendation for better State chateau Dačice adaptation to this group of visitors is created.Diplomová práce se zabývá managementem kulturního dědictví ve vztahu k návštěvníkům se specifickými potřebami. Jejím cílem je vytvoření manažerského doporučení pro přizpůsobení nabídky památkového objektu v duchu cestovního ruchu pro všechny. Recipientem tohoto doporučení je Státní zámek Dačice. Práce předkládá teoretická východiska oblasti managementu kulturního dědictví s akcentem kladeným na památkové objekty ve státní správě a představuje principy cestovního ruchu pro všechny. V analytické části práce je provedena analýza stávající situace dačického zámku a příkladů dobré praxe na jiných památkových objektech. Na základě těchto zjištění je vytvořeno doporučení pro lepší přizpůsobení se Státního zámku Dačice této skupině návštěvníků
