The thesis is focused on self-concept theories, their definition and their relationship to cultural differences. Beside that, the thesis is focused on a relationship between different self-concepts and a usage of information technologies. The main goal of the thesis is to find out if there is an existing dependency between a specific culture membership and a self-concept perception with regards to information technology usage (both device ownership and online activities).
