Tuition of the Operational Research at EU Military Universities - Description and Comparison

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the comparison of military higher education institutions in terms of the teaching of operational research on the basis of available data, which can be obtained on their websites. The introductory chapter describes the essence of operational research, the second chapter deals with disciplines that are part of this subject. The third chapter presents basic information about the history of operational research, whose development is closely related to the war conflict. The fourth chapter represents the data collection process and the issues associated with it. The fifth chapter provides summary information about each university. In the last part of the multi-criteria decision-making process, a weighted sum analysis was performed. The analysis results are sorted into the summary table at the end of the chapter.Zásadním cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání vojenských vysokých škol z hlediska výuky operačního výzkumu na základě dostupných dat, které se podaří získat na jejich webových stránkách. Úvodní kapitola popisuje podstatu operačního výzkumu, druhá kapitola se věnuje disciplínám, které jsou součástí tohoto předmětu. Třetí kapitola představuje základní informaci o historii operačního výzkumu, jehož rozvoj je těsně spojen s válečným konfliktem. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována postupu sběru dat a problematice, která je s ním spojená. Pátá kapitola uvádí souhrnnou informaci o každé univerzitě. V poslední části pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování byla provedena analýza metodou váženého součtu. Výsledky analýzy jsou seřazeny do souhrnné tabulky na konci kapitoly
